什么是网速测试？
An 网速测试 measures the performance of your internet connection by testing three key metrics: 下载速度 (how fast data travels from the internet to your device), 上传速度 (how fast data travels from your device to the internet), and 延迟 (how quickly a data packet travels to a server and back).
网速测试如何工作？
This tool uses Cloudflare 全球 CDN 网络 to measure your connection speed. When you click "Start Speed Test":
- 延迟测试 — Your browser sends small requests to Cloudflare's nearest edge server and measures the round-trip time (RTT). This is repeated 20 times to calculate average latency and jitter.
- 下载测试 — Your browser downloads data chunks (starting small, increasing to 25 MB) from Cloudflare's CDN. The download speed is calculated by measuring how much data is received per second.
- 上传测试 — Your browser sends data (up to 10 MB) to Cloudflare's servers. The upload speed is measured by tracking how much data is transmitted per second.
All data flows 直接在您的浏览器和 Cloudflare 服务器之间. Our website never sees or processes your test data. The entire test consumes approximately 30–40 MB of your internet data.
结果意味着什么？
- 下载速度 — Measured in Mbps (megabits per second). This affects how fast you can stream video, download files, and load web pages. Most streaming services recommend at least 5 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K video.
- 上传速度 — Measured in Mbps. This affects video calls, cloud backups, and sending large files. Video conferencing typically requires 1.5–3 Mbps upload.
- 延迟（Ping） — Measured in milliseconds (ms). Lower is better. Under 20 ms is excellent for gaming, 20–50 ms is good for general use, and over 100 ms may cause noticeable lag.
- 抖动 — The variation in ping times. Low jitter (< 10 ms) means a stable connection, which is critical for gaming and video calls. High jitter causes stuttering and dropped connections.

获得准确结果的技巧
- 关闭其他标签页和应用 — Other internet activity can affect your test results.
- 使用有线连接 — Ethernet gives more consistent results than Wi-Fi.
- 在不同时间测试 — Network congestion varies throughout the day.
- 在路由器附近测试 — Wi-Fi signal weakens with distance and walls.
- 禁用 VPN — VPNs add overhead and may not reflect your actual ISP speed.
